Job description

As our Senior Product Operations Manager, you will report to the Head of Product Operations and help drive the operational effectiveness of our product development organization. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders and teams to drive roadmap planning, improve execution across complex initiatives, serve as the operational lead for strategic cross-functional initiatives, and establish scalable ways of working that increase organizational effectiveness. By combining operational rigor, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven insights, you will help teams navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and consistently deliver customer and business outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who is passionate about improving how our Product Development organization operates and scales.
  • This position will be hybrid based out of our Lehi, UT HQ (3x per week)
    • If outside of UT, periodic travel will be required to our Lehi, UT HQ.
  • Reports to: Head of Product Operations
What You Will Own
  • Drive planning readiness by identifying planning gaps, strengthening planning quality, and improving cross-functional alignment before development begins.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders and teams to improve roadmap execution, visibility, accountability, and alignment across the organization.
  • Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and coordination to reduce execution risk and improve delivery predictability.
  • Serve as the operational lead for complex cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders from planning through delivery to improve alignment, manage dependencies, reduce execution risk, and increase delivery confidence.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Product Development operating rhythms, frameworks, processes, and ways of working that enable teams to operate effectively.
  • Drive adoption of operational best practices that improve planning effectiveness, execution consistency, and organizational alignment.
  • Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights that provide visibility into roadmap execution, delivery outcomes, and organizational health.
  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights that support decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Identify operational friction, planning gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement that strengthen Product Development effectiveness.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management ,Product Management, Engineering, or a related discipline within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning at scale across product and engineering organizations with hundreds of team members, including prioritization, dependency management, and organizational alignment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex product initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.
  • Experience designing and scaling operational processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • Technical fluency in tools and systems such as Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms, with comfort working with engineering and delivery metrics.
  • Working knowledge of modern software development practices, methodologies, and lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for product and engineering leaders.
  • Experience developing operational reporting, metrics, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements to business outcomes such as delivery predictability, time-to-market, product adoption, user satisfaction, and customer value.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence across product, engineering, and leadership audiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify organizational friction, execution risks, and opportunities for improvement, and drive them to resolution.
