Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily production activities for insulation crews, ensuring schedules, quality, and safety standards are met
  • Plan labor, materials, and equipment needs to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Train, coach, and supervise installation teams; support performance management and development
  • Conduct jobsite visits to verify quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth project flow
  • Monitor project timelines, troubleshoot issues, and adjust resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and inventory usage
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in insulation, construction, or related trades
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of insulation materials, installation methods, and building codes
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license; ability to travel to jobsites as needed
