Job description

  • THIS IS A FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE POSITION WITH A COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE
  • SALARY:  70K to 85K
- NO RELOCATION PROVIDED - MUST BE LOCAL TO THE AREA TO BE CONSIDERED
- FIRST SHIFT
 
  • Associate's degree in electro-mechanical / electronic engineering or equivalent required.
  • Hands on exp. in a production environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly supporting production line equipment / machinery and systems. 
  • Need someone with strong skills in managing day to day production - NOT JUST SUPERVISING TECHNICIANS - need someone that has run a production line.
  • Must have proven success in identifying, troubleshooting and performing repairs of equipment with problems of a mechanical or electrical nature.
  • Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
  • Ability to train and mentor manufacturing personnel, and other engineering aide/maintenance technician.
  • Must have strong mechanical system understanding aptitude and a working knowledge of pneumatics elements.
  • Demonstrated electrical trouble shooting skills and ability to read electrical schematic.
  • Experienced in programming and debugging automated equipment.
  • Working knowledge of PLC's, servos, and industrial electronics a plus.
