Production Manager – Landscape Maintenance

Charlotte, NC | On-Site | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Quality

  • Coordinate materials, scheduling, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets company standards
  • Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to develop appropriate action plans and perform hands-on work as needed
  • Proactively monitor irrigation systems and areas with potential for disease or insect problems before issues arise

Operations

  • Ensure proper maintenance, storage, and use of branch equipment
  • Coordinate with office staff to keep branch databases current with accurate client information
  • Order materials as needed while monitoring costs and delivery schedules

Personnel

  • Work with the Area Manager to identify staffing needs, support hiring, and prepare daily crew schedules
  • Develop and review growth plans for employees; provide coaching, counsel, and performance feedback
  • Lead crew training on equipment operation, production planning, safety protocols, and quality standards

Safety

  • Implement safety best practices and actively monitor branch safety performance

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or crew leadership role
  • Familiarity with Aspire software

Preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain field teams
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
