Job Description

Our Food Manufacturing client is looking for a production supervisor in Cape Cod, MA.  

Responsibilities include: 

- Supervising and coordinating activities of production team members to ensure achievement of production goals

- Planning production schedules for assigned area and shift

- Ensuring a safe work environment by interpreting company safety policies, procedures, and regulations and training team members.  

- Ensuring product quality standards are met

- Providing technical guidance and recommending process improvement measures.  

- Developing, coaching and mentoring team members. Conducting team meetings, performance evaluations, recommending salary adjustments, initiating plans to motivate team members to achieve work goals, taking disciplinary action as necessary. 

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree

- 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage Manufacturing
