Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.

Responsibilities:

Write up job workflows and put into production.

Create production schedules.

Good eye for color and quality.

Good communication skills.

Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.

Managing production team and assigning work.
Manage packing for shipping.

Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.

Sourcing and qualifying new print materials

R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.

Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.

Microsoft excel (Medium Level)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
