UltraPress is a fast-growing custom apparel company that helps businesses and organizations create high-quality printed clothing at scale.
We focus on simple, low quantity per order screen printing jobs and use modern automated equipment to keep production fast, consistent, and efficient.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.
You’ll be running our new M&R automatic presses, helping turn blank garments into finished products that ship out to customers all over the country.
What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day, you’ll be:
  • Setting up and operating automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees, etc.)
  • Loading garments and running production jobs (mostly t-shirts, some fleece)
  • Following job sheets and artwork to make sure everything prints correctly
  • Checking print quality throughout each run and fixing issues as they come up
  • Keeping production on schedule so orders go out on time
  • Breaking down and cleaning presses after each job
  • Keeping your work area clean and organized
  • Helping out teammates or other departments when needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has experience running automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience is a big plus)
  • Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Pays close attention to detail — quality matters here
  • Can stay focused on repetitive but important work
  • Works well as part of a team in a shop environment
  • Is open to learning and improving production skills over time
  • Be able to stand for long periods
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
  • Lift up to ~50 lbs when needed

PAY RANGE: $22 - $23 per hour depending on experience
