Are you a creative individual with a passion for design looking to join a dynamic and innovative company? Boulder Canyon Apparel, LLC is seeking a talented Production Artist to lead our art department production. As a rapidly growing company with a family-like culture, we are dedicated to excellence and are looking for committed individuals to help us continue our success. Located in Glendale, Arizona, our 10,000 square foot facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to create and distribute a wide variety of garments for various industries.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate artwork for Screenprint and Embroidery departments
  • Create art mock-ups for approvals and design Resort-wear designs
  • Collaborate with Freelance Artists, Operations, and Production Managers
  • Assist with large customer programs and trade show planning
  • Make Art Comps and Catalogs for customers and salespeople

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Illustration or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with the Screen-print process and color theory
