Job description

Company Description
Inside Sales Solutions (ISS) is an award-winning revenue growth agency that helps B2B technology
companies generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling,
appointment setting, account-based marketing, event recruitment, database services, and
dedicated SDR teams.
For more than 20 years, we've partnered with startups, mid-market companies, and Fortune 500
organizations to become an extension of their sales organizations.
Our pay-for-performance model, experienced team, and commitment to measurable results have
earned us recognition on the Inc. 5000 list and made us a trusted partner for some of the world's
leading technology companies.
Role Description
If you're passionate about developing people, building winning cultures, and leading by example,
this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on both your team and your career.
Inside Sales Solutions (ISS) partners with some of the world's leading technology companies to
generate qualified sales opportunities through B2B outbound prospecting, cold calling, and
appointment setting.
We're looking for an exceptional leader who knows how to motivate people, coach different
personalities, create accountability, and build teams that consistently outperform expectations.
This is a true player-coach role. While your primary responsibility is leading and developing a team
of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs),
you'll also remain actively involved in outbound prospecting and appointment setting. We believe
the best leaders stay connected to the work and coach from firsthand experience.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing remote team of SDRs and BDRs.
  • Coach representatives on B2B outbound prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and appointment setting.
  • Personally participate in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Conduct impactful one-on-one coaching sessions that improve confidence, skills, and results.
  • Monitor KPIs and transform performance data into actionable coaching plans.
  • Create contests, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities that drive engagement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and healthy competition.
  • Motivate individuals with different personalities, backgrounds, and experience levels.
  • Partner with internal leadership and client stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance productivity and employee engagement.

Qualifications
We're more interested in exceptional leadership than a specific industry background.
You may come from sales, business development, inside sales, customer service, call centers,
contact centers, collections, logistics, or operationsany fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
where you've successfully led high-performing teams.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Successfully developed people into high-performing teams.
  • Previously excelled as an individual contributor in B2B outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or another high-volume phone environment before moving into leadership.
  • Experience coaching B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Experience leading remote and geographically distributed teams.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, recognition, and employee development.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to coach using performance metrics.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: AL, DE, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, MS, NE, NH, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI, LA

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Technology, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or other complex B2B sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (not required).
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, French, or German.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly performance incentives.

  • Build an engaging virtual culture through coaching, recognition, contests, and team-building initiatives.
  • Help shape coaching strategies, team engagement, and operational improvements.
  • Leverage AI-powered coaching tools, CRM technology, and modern sales enablement platforms.
  • Lead from the front by remaining actively engaged in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Work with some of the most recognized names in enterprise technology, supporting campaigns for Fortune 500, global, and high-growth companies.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to implement coaching strategies, recognition programs, and performance initiatives that make a real difference.
  • Earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly performance incentives.
  • Grow your career as ISS continues expanding its leadership team.

Why You'll Love Working Here
