Job Details Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  3. Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimal stock levels.
  4. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the successful launch of new products.
  5. Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  6. Implement strategic planning to meet production goals and objectives.
  7. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  8. Manage and oversee the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking corrective action as necessary.
  10. Coordinate with project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven experience in inventory management, product development, Six Sigma, process improvement, supply chain management, operations management, project management, strategic planning, team leadership, budgeting, and KPI.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  5. Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  6. Proficient in using various software for inventory management, production planning, and project management.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and handle complex issues.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  9. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  11. Six Sigma certification is a plus.
