WHAT YOU WILL DO

This Plastics Production Supervisor position will serve as the primary supervisor for the Plastics Department's weekend shift. Working Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm. 

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support production staff, fostering collaboration and mentoring team members to achieve excellence.
  • Safety First: Ensure a safe workplace by enforcing safety protocols, training employees, and managing incident responses.
  • Quality Control: Deliver top-quality products by training employees on standards, conducting inspections, and managing non-conforming products.
  • Efficiency & Improvement: Maximize production output by monitoring performance, addressing issues, and implementing process enhancements.
  • Ensure Safety through Cleanliness: Maintain an organized, “customer-visit-ready” production floor and proactively address housekeeping needs.
  • Policy & Communication: Enforce company policies, manage schedules, and serve as the communication bridge between employees and leadership.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing or leadership roles with a solid understanding of production and quality systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in management preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, plus experience with blueprints, small tools, and finishing/painting processes is a bonus.
  • Mindset: A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can pivot with the season’s changing demands.
