We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team in a full-time, direct-hire, day role within a dynamic food production environment. This position is responsible for leading and optimizing daily plant operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving efficiency while building and developing high-performing teams. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance
  • Lead and develop team members while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements (SQF or equivalent)
  • Support the commercialization and successful launch of new food products
  • Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase output
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams
  • Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing operations

  • Proven experience supporting the commercialization of new food products
  • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
