Printing Administrator Location: Scarborough, ON Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM A growing printing company in Scarborough is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator with experience in the printing industry to support daily office operations and production coordination. This role is primarily administrative, with occasional backup support at reception when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support and manage internal email communications Create and maintain purchase orders, work orders, and production documentation Review production schedules and assist with job tracking and organization Maintain accurate records and perform data entry Prepare shipments (UPS/Purolator) and provide occasional reception coverage Requirements 2+ years of administrative or office experience within the printing industry Experience with Label Traxx or similar printing ERP systems is an asset Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude How to Apply Please submit your resume to apply.
