Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring a Production Manager!

Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive. With nearly 700 global employees, based in 4 Headquarters and 22 Tech Centers, we are represented in 20 countries worldwide.

Requirements:

· Oversee daily production of ultrasonic tooling, optimizing efficiency and throughput

· Supervise tool shop employees in day-to-day activities as well as reviews and training/development

· Execute production schedule according to business unit and customer priorities

· Manage raw material stock levels and interface with purchasing department on replenishment

· Responsible for maintenance program and upkeep on all machinery

· Enforce quality and safety regulations, participating in corrective actions when necessary


Required skills

· At least 5 years of relevant work experience

· Knowledge of machining processes and CNC machines

· Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving and organizational skills

· Good communication skills

Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams) and ERP production systems
