We serve clients across a broad range of industries - with a particular focus on the travel and airline industry, cosmetics and luxury brands, consumer products and insurance firms.

Job Description

We are seeking a bright and energetic self-starter to fill the role of Production Assistant. This is a full time, day shift position.


Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job tickets for pressroom and bindery for all manufacturing jobs

  • Maintain files of printed product for further review

  • Run all layout and bindery reports and carton labels from our in-house system, trouble shoot reports as needed

  • Interact with Account Managers on any production issues, answering questions as needed

  • Fill in for VP of Manufacturing/ Production as needed

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 - 3 years' experience in a print production or similar environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework in Business Administration
    or Production Management is a plus

Salary: $28,000/annually
