Bringing Home the Dough

Responsible for meeting manufacturing profits and loss goals. Directs and manages all production and sanitation activities. Ensure product quality and adherence to all applicable standards. Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
  • Directs subordinates in meeting all quality and regulatory standards such as (OSHA, FDA, AIB, etc.)
  • Maintain a pleasant and safe working environment for all employees and contract workers
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Direct subordinates in daily production activities and demands
  • Set production goals for subordinates to meet
  • Review and approve purchases and expenditures and assist in request for capital projects
  • Order, receive, and store supplies
  • Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sar-banes Oxley, etc.)
  • Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and practicing and complying
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications

Greater than 7 years experience required

Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent years of experience. Completion of AIB Master Baker program and completion of formal management skills training.

Salary Range- 109901.7 - 121470.3
