Machine Operator

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Pay: $18.00–$21.50 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st

& 2nd

shift 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Overtime: Occasional Saturdays as needed

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Flower Mound, TX. The ideal candidate has experience operating production equipment in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized following 5S standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with changeovers and other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
