Job Title: Production – 12-Hour Shifts (Rotating)
Location: Hewitt, TX area
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire
Job Description
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to assist with operating production machines for a reputable manufacturing company in the greater Waco area!
Schedule
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Must be available to work both shifts as assigned
Responsibilities
  • Accurately apply labels to products before shipment
  • Operate Production Machines as assigned
  • Housekeeping duties as assigned (sweeping, cleaning, etc.).
  • Ensure products meet quality standards
  • Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (12-hour shifts)
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Prior Production or Machine Operating Experience is required
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work both day and night shifts as needed
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
