IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Production Associate located on USA Parkway. Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role at a dynamic, growing company?
This role supports daily production operations by moving materials, assembling components, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You'll work on a production line, using equipment and systems to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently while meeting quality and output goals. This position is located on USA Parkway and there are no shuttles available for this position.
Pay - $23.00/hour

Shifts:
  • Sunday to Wednesday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities will include:
  • Operate and train on production and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
  • Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to support production flow.
  • Use hand tools to assemble battery packs
  • Separate batteries and put into tubs

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  • Experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting preferred.
  • Stand for extended periods (more than 80% of the shift)
  • Stoop, bend, push, pull and perform repetitive physical tasks
  • Operate and train on equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other specialized machinery
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Role includes work in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Exposure to loud noise, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures, including heat and cold
