We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead operations in our poultry processing plant. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving processes, and keeping equipment operating at peak performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee production line activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. Lead, coach, and develop team members; provide regular feedback and support. Troubleshoot equipment issues, with a focus on electrical controls, sensors, and automated machinery. Partner with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime. Monitor yields, throughput, and waste; identify opportunities for process improvement. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Prepare daily reports on production performance, staffing, and equipment needs. Maintain the highest possible level of personal hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with plant GMP policies. Job Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in poultry science, animal science, operations management, food science, or related field; or equivalent years of experience. Experience in production, manufacturing, or food processing (poultry or meat industry preferred). Working knowledge of electrical systems, automation components, or industrial controls. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide frontline teams. Solid problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Physical Demands: Working in a cold/wet/damp environment. Standing/walking 100% of the workday.
