Job description

Utah based food manufacturer is seeking a dependable, hands-on Bakery Production Line Lead to help keep our production team running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily line operations, support and train team members, maintain quality and food-safety standards, and help ensure products are made efficiently.


What we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading a team of 6 or more people
  • Restaurant or Food Service experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to keep your team motivated
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions, recipes, production schedules, break schedules, & safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and awareness of what’s happening throughout the production line

We will train you to perform daily tasks such as:

- Operating industrial bakery equipment & training new team members

- Maintaining cleanliness and complying with GMP's (good manufacturing practices) at all times

- Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards

- Supervising team members and guiding them in producing quality product

- Promoting a positive work environment for other team members


All team members must be comfortable working on their feet at a fast pace while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You will be trained on all required food safety procedures and are expected to follow them consistently. This position involves frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and other physical activities throughout the shift, as well as the ability to safely and comfortably lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
