1st Shift: 7:00am-3:00pm

Production Associates are typically assigned to either the paper converting line, printing press line, or the packaging line based on operational needs at the time of hire. In any of the roles, associates play an important part in maintaining product quality, supporting efficient production flow, and ensuring customer specifications are met.

Requirements:
  • Assist press operators by catching and stacking reams of materials
  • Review labels and job jackets for errors
  • Ensure all cartons, slip sheets, label boxes, and related materials are at the line
  • Inspect products for quality and remove defective materials.
  • Package finished products according to company specifications
  • Place products into cartons or envelopes, seal, label, and prepare for shipment
  • Palletize finished cartons
  • Review job jackets and labels to ensure production accuracy
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the round machine and production areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support other production tasks as needed


Your Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, light industrial environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A Team player with a self-motivated, flexible, hands-on approach
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
