Food Production Line Associate

Location: Riviera Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible shifts available

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Production Line Associates to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. This role focuses on preparing and assembling charcuterie products (meats, cheeses, and specialty items) in a fast-paced production line environment.

As part of our team, you will ensure products are assembled, packaged, and labeled according to company standards while maintaining food safety and quality at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble charcuterie products on the production line following recipes and specifications.
  • Weigh, portion, and package meats, cheeses, and related products.
  • Inspect products for quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines (HACCP, GMP).
  • Operate basic production equipment (slicers, sealers, scales, labeling machines).
  • Assist with inventory, packaging, and shipping tasks as needed.
  • Work effectively with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in food production, processing, or packaging required.
  • Ability to work on your feet and perform long periods of standing throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety practices a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
