Job description

Job Responsibilities:
• Use powered hand tools and other small tools.
• Clean and sand cabinet surfaces.
• Apply double sided tape and install rivets.
• Apply exterior aluminum per instructions and complete assembly of all associated parts.
• Demonstrate a constant awareness of safety issues, use equipment correctly, and immediately report any hazardous conditions or unsafe behaviors to Supervision.
• Multitask effectively and efficiently
• Work with a wide variety of work workflow and cabinet designs
• Assemble, fixture, and align the aluminum extrusions of cabinets per print.
• Assemble, fixture, and align aluminum and steel parts per print.
• Operate large overhead cranes for positioning and relocating partial and completed cabinets.
• Perform intermediate level tasks within Pyro
Pay Structure:
- Position Base is Grade III
- Qualified Rate
- Qualified upon qualification as Paint Prep and Skinner
Qualifications to be Considered:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• English literacy is an essential function of these positions due to written work instructions, safety labeling of equipment, job specific documentation, etc.
• Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible, cooperative, and interested in learning and doing a variety of jobs.
• Intermediate user of Pyro preferred.
• Must be able to measure and weigh using measuring tape and scales.
• Must be able to visually identify debris, oil, missing rivets, damaged (scratched) surfaces.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of cabinet designs and workflows.
• Ability to learn how individual pieces are assembled to create various geometric shapes of signs
