As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. 
Your day-to-day:

  • Helping out on the production floor
  • Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
  • Constant team work and trouble shooting
  • Ensuring Quality in all products
  • Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
  • Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
  • Working safely while meeting production
