Pay: Up to $25/Hour

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next HVACR Helper.  We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but to also be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. HVACR Helper Job Description:

  • Assist with installations and repairs
  • Job site Preparation: unload equipment, carry tools, set up ladders and scaffolding
  • Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal or flexible ducts using hand and power tools
  • Change air filters, clean condenser coils, and check basic system operations for preventative maintenance
  • Keep and maintain a clean work site
  • Work under direct supervision

HVACR Helper Job Skills:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work in tight spaces
  • Proficient with hand and power tools, such as drills, wrenches, and tape measurers
  • Ability to follow multi-step instructions
