What You'll Do
As a Director, you lead the experiential production function, setting standards, building teams, and ensuring best-in-class delivery across all projects. You are business minded and balance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major campaigns, ensuring production is fully integrated into the creative process and agency output.
Employment Structure
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the strong potential to convert to a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Department & Production Leadership
  • Oversee all experiential production projects across the client portfolio in partnership with the department's leads
  • Establish and implement production standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent quality and execution across all work.

Team Leadership & Resourcing
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing production team.
  • Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and team structure.

Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Approve high-level budgets, schedules, and resourcing plans.
  • Ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency.

Client & Agency Leadership
  • Serve as senior production advisor on complex activations.
  • Partner with account, strategy, and creative on integrated campaigns.
  • Support business development and pitch opportunities.

Innovation & Growth
  • Champion innovation, sustainability, and new production approaches.
  • Continuously evolve tools, workflows, and capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Senior leadership across experiential production and operations.
  • Strong financial and organizational oversight.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong executional expertise.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in experiential or integrated production.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and large-scale activations.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, logistics, and show production.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

The monthly pay range for this position is $12,000 - 13,500. The full time salary range is $140,000 - 160,000 per year.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
