Job description

Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring commercial roof projects are properly assessed, scoped, ordered, and built to local codes and warranty standards. This position may consist of traveling across company Markets with Denver, CO as headquarters.
Salary based on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work closely with the commercial sales team to ensure jobs are built properly
  • Accurately interpret roof take offs and build replacement scopes
  • Maintain notes in the CRM related to every job
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Walk all jobs with crew prior to starting project
  • Prepare material orders and order materials within the CRM
  • Manage installations on-site to ensure quality
  • Train crews in proper installation, repair techniques (if needed)
  • Inspect and approve all installations
  • Stay current on all low-slope and steep-slope roofing products and installation enhancements
  • Obtain certifications from manufacturers
  • Reporting daily to Commercial Production Director at Corporate headquarter
