Job description

Missions :Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Générale, vous supervisez une équipe de 20 techniciens et ingénieurs (designers mécaniciens, électromécaniciens, électriciens et responsables de projets) pour orchestrer l’exécution des commandes. Cela inclut les équipements portables, les solutions stationnaires — standards ou sur-mesure — ainsi que les pièces de rechange.Au quotidien, vous jouerez un rôle clé tant dans la gestion opérationnelle que dans l’accompagnement des équipes, la structuration de nos processus et l’amélioration continue de la performance de l’entreprise. Cela comprend :
  • la planification,
  • l’allocation des ressources,
  • l’anticipation des retards et des challenges,
  • la communication optimisée vers les clients, les fournisseurs et les équipes,
  • le suivi des projets de manière globale afin d'assurer les différentes étapes (CDR, FAT, SAT),
  • la gestion des stocks et l’anticipation des commandes fournisseurs pour les composants critiques,
  • l'élaboration de processus visant à optimiser la production,
  • la présence occasionnelle sur les chantiers majeurs.
Au-delà des opérations quotidiennes, vous contribuez activement au développement stratégique de la société, notamment par :
  • votre participation au comité de direction,
  • votre collaboration étroite avec le COO pour l’implémentation d’un ERP,
  • l’élaboration d’un système qualité rigoureux et fiable,
  • l’implémentation et le pilotage à distance de la production dans notre filiale aux USA.
Profil recherché :
  • Ingénieur civil ou industriel (toutes tendances).
  • Une expérience confirmée de 10 ans (direction de production ou gestion de projets industriels complexes).
  • Leadership naturel (faire les choses sérieusement sans se prendre au sérieux), sens du collectif et capacité à coacher les équipes.
  • Organisé(e), pragmatique, rigoureux/se, structuré(e),… mais, sympathique !
  • Français et anglais.
