ENTEK is excited to welcome a Sales Project Coordinator to our team in Lebanon, Oregon. If you thrive on managing multiple priorities, supporting customer projects, coordinating across departments, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Project Coordinator, you'll serve as a key link between customers, the sales team, and internal departments throughout the lifecycle of equipment and project orders. You'll help manage quotations, coordinate project activities, monitor order progress, and ensure customers receive timely and accurate information from quotation through shipment.


In this role, you will:

  • Prepare budgetary quotations and pricing proposals for Regional Sales Managers 
  • Review incoming RFQs and coordinate research to ensure accurate and complete quotations 
  • Prepare complete extrusion line quotations and supporting documentation 
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders for large equipment projects 
  • Manage commercial aspects of standard equipment projects from quotation through shipment 
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments regarding project status and commercial matters 
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout project execution, including management of change orders 
  • Monitor progress payments and UCC1 filings as required 
  • Prepare quotations for assembly-related projects and equipment modifications 
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments to obtain accurate lead times 
  • Develop pricing for parts, machine components, and retrofit projects 
  • Enter and maintain quote, pricing, order, and project information within ENTEK's ERP system 
  • Process customer purchase orders and issue order confirmations 
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner 
  • Communicate project concerns and operational issues to appropriate internal teams 
  • Participate in and support process improvement initiatives across the sales organization

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers 
  • Ability to work on-site in Lebanon, Oregon 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or related post-secondary education 
  • Experience with Microsoft AX or similar ERP systems 
  • Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience in quoting, project coordination, customer service, or order entry 
  • Experience supporting capital equipment, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products 
  • Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require 


Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, non-exempt position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Occasional travel may be required to support customer and project needs.
