Key Personnel is seeking a Customer Support Representative in the Claremore, OK area
Customer Support Representative Pay - $55,000 to $60,000
Customer Support Representative Hours: 8am-5pm
Customer Support Representative Job Summary:
Acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure production goals are met on time. Coordinates scheduling, material readiness, and cross-functional communication to support efficient production operations and on-time delivery.
Customer Support Representative Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and accurate status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
• Plan and manage production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Schedule and monitor material movement throughout the production cycle.
• Optimize manufacturing schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
• Support production teams to ensure materials and schedules align with operational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Customer Support Representative Teamwork & Communication Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling, production, and delivery issues.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Customer Support Representative Technical & Software Skills:
• Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets and database systems.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred:
Experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
• Ability to move throughout the facility, including stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret customer and engineering specifications.
