What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee daily aggregate production activities, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and reliably across all phases of the process.

  • Coordinate, mentor, and direct team members to consistently meet production targets, quality specifications, and operational expectations.

  • Monitor equipment performance, identify emerging issues, and support timely maintenance and repair actions to minimize downtime.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed production records while ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Champion a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and reinforce accountability throughout the operation.

  • Proven leadership experience in aggregate or quarry operations, with a track record of developing high performing, safety driven teams.
