POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the company in meeting its production goals by supervising all activities of employees in an assigned manufacturing process and shift; ensures a safe and efficient work environment by communicating and managing Company established quality, production, safety and human resource policies.

MAJOR TASKS
• Performs relief supervisor responsibilities. Supervises an assigned production process and the employees associated with the shift and work area. Oversees equipment and materials to achieve the highest safety, quality and production levels.
• Maintains quality control standards to maximize company profitability and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Conducts individual meetings and leads crew meetings, as needed, to communicate pertinent information to employees.
• Completes administrative paperwork and reporting related to production reports, scheduling, personnel actions, payroll and safety.
• Responsible for supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT: Day (7:00am – 3:00pm), Swing (3:00pm – 11:00pm), or Graveyard (11:00pm – 7:00am)
