Job Title: Production Control Clerk                                      

Waxahachie, Texas 

General Summary:

Production Control Clerk—They will be responsible for processing work orders, review of departmental reports, scrap inventory control, and monthly log/billet inventory.  All general functions related to production clerk duties assigned and other office duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

·         Standing, bending, walking and lifting for 8 hours per day, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, must be safety orientated

·         Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; following up to ensure resolution.

·         Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

·         Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

·         All other duties as assigned.

·         General office duties and manufacturing duties assigned as needed.

·         Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.

·         Job Requirements:

·         Minimum 1 to 5 years of accounting, accounts receivable or general office experience

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Customer service of office experience

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

·         High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

·         Accounting, Organizational skills, Computer skills

·         Documentation skills, listening skills, multitasking, patience

·         Must be able to work independently without substantial guidance.

·         Must be a team player and flexible, must be able to work overtime
