Summary

We are currently looking for a Document Control Specialist on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

  • Batch record issuance to Batching or Production according to procedures
  • Batch lot number and expiry assignment according to batch record templates
  • Issuance of special documentation as required by batch record templates
  • Logging of lots and documentation issued
  • Final review of completed documentation for finished lots
  • Final release of finished lots per specific internal and customer requirements
  • Use of electronic inventory system for movement of finished goods
  • Physical tagging of finished goods as released
  • Trending of batch data
  • Scanning and filing of physical batch documentation
  • Microsoft Office/365 use (Word, Excel); other software as trained
  • Creation and issuance to production of shipper (case) labels per batch record
  • Creation and issuance of pallet labels per batch record when required
  • Operate regular pallet jack, may be trained for sit-down forklift
  • Proper cleanliness, PPE use and documentation of all activities as required
  • by batch record and other procedures
  • Follow other assigned procedures
  • Cross training on product label issuance
  • Cross training on other document control/document management duties as assigned
