Plans and directs the account strategies to achieve the organization’s growth objectives. Provides primary purchasing and engineering contact and directs the activities of supporting personnel. Regular contacts are also to be maintained in customer quality control and production control. Responsible for sales forecasts and providing competitive market intelligence. Assure the Company meets the customers’ continuous improvement and cost reduction programs through implementation of fastening assembly technologies and other activities to minimize the financial impact to the Company.Specific Duties & Responsibilities· Responsible for account management and growth to achieve Company plans for strategic products.· Develops account strategies and action plans required to achieve growth for the strategic product line.· Negotiates price levels and LTAs with the customer.· Provides direction to the Company of the customer requirements and participates in the development of internal plans to meet or exceed the customer expectations.· Develops customer relationships to position RFI as a long-term supplier.· Provides sales forecasts on new and lost business as well as project development activity.· Positions the Company at the customer to be able to provide the total product offering.· Directs cross functional activities within the Company to resolve problems and meet customer requirements.· Provides global coordination and participates in global strategy development as required.· Provides market intelligence on short and long term customer objectives and trends.· Works closely with the Company’s engineering community to provide full range services.Education RequiredBachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or Business.
