Position Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist helps ensure that our inventory records accurately reflect the products we have available. This position focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, reviewing stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and keeping inventory information up to date.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with numbers, records, and physical inventory.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct scheduled cycle counts throughout the facility.


-Verify physical quantities against inventory records.


-Investigate and document inventory discrepancies.


-Enter approved inventory corrections and adjustments.


-Review product quantities and identify potential shortages.


-Monitor established inventory levels and communicate

replenishment needs.


-Research irregularities and report significant variances to management.


-Maintain accurate inventory documentation.


-Work with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory-related issues.


-Help maintain organized product locations and accurate item identification.
