WHAT YOU'LL DO
Reporting and Administrative Support
Prints, sorts, and reviews key reports, including Warehouse Receiving Detail, Inventory Tracking, No-Item Movement, Store Clearance Listings, Inventory Adjustments, and Markdown-to-Zero reports. Reviews exception reports and takes appropriate action to support store operations.
System and Process Management
Works AMP+ and BPM items and processes required D38 and D40 MTRs accurately and on time.
Receiving, DSD, and Claims Support
Reviews and works receiving reports, including items over three days old, NOF and local items, scanning exceptions, and markup/markdown reports. Provides support to DSD and Claims as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Shrink Prevention and Merchandise Controls
Actively supports shrink prevention by ensuring repaired and recalled merchandise is handled correctly, return procedures are followed, and UPC key controls are maintained through proper handling and control of all UPC documentation.
Financial Controls and Accounting Compliance
Ensures invoicing key controls are followed by supporting timely payments for merchandise and services. Follows accounting key controls by supporting ATM and Self-Checkout replenishment, daily cash pickups, identifying cash variances, processing cash fund transfers, completing bank deposits, researching and challenging chargebacks, completing TRM procedures, and reconciling key journal accounts.
Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
