Production Control Manager

The Production Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process in this manufacturing plant. This role involves coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring that production meets quality standards and deadlines.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Enforce company policies/business plan/budget targets.
  • Supervise and ensure training for Administrators and as needed.
  • Ensure Associate Relations function/responsibilities are being carried out.
  • Ensure proper department workload balancing.
  • Responsible for overall supply chain and forecasting/releasing methods/accuracy to suppliers.
  • Responsible for overall supplier delivery performance.
  • Enforce PPC data maintenance of database.
  • Ensure timely support of new model and build out activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing industry working with ERP system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to meet strict deadlines while concurrently managing multiple tasks.
  • Able to demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and staff development skills.
