Your Impact

As an Assistant Manager in Divide, youโ€™ll be the General Managerโ€™s go-to support to keep the store running smoothly, safely, and with top-notch service. This role exists to back up daily operations and grow into more responsibility over time.
Key responsibilities include supporting customer service and sales, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, helping oversee inventory/cash control, assisting with daily bookwork (reports, invoices, deposits), reinforcing company policies, and guiding the team in a steady, professional wayโ€”especially when the GM is out.
