Description: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Product Consultants to join our Education Sales Team. In this inside sales role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing education partners. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your product knowledge to help customers identify the best solutions for their needs while managing quotes and ensuring a seamless order process through final delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with new education partners to expand market reach and drive sales growth
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing education partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Serve as a consultative resource by applying product knowledge to recommend solutions that best meet customer needs
  • Create, organize, and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and orders to ensure successful conversion and on-time delivery
  • Partner with manufacturers and vendors to stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and availability
  • Participate in training sessions with vendors to enhance expertise and deliver greater value to customers
