Production Associate | Hanover, PA | Full Time

Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on production work with administrative, front desk, and customer service responsibilities.

The Production Associate will support daily production operations while assisting customers and providing general branch support. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn new processes and equipment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support daily production activities and assist with completing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare, organize, and process materials for production, including printing and scanning as needed
  • Assist with general production tasks and equipment, with training provided
  • Review customer requests and orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Welcome visitors, assist walk-in customers, and answer incoming calls
  • Provide responsive and courteous customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving customer needs
  • Process print-related requests and perform general administrative duties, including filing, mail distribution, and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies, production areas, and general work areas in an organized manner
  • Deliver completed orders to clients as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
