Major Function:

General Production Associates perform a variety of support functions in the manufacturing process. These functions include but are not limited to the assembly of foam component parts, inspection, labeling, trimming, packaging, and sorting.

Essential Functions:

1.          Ensure that parts being produced meet/exceed customer quality requirements.

2.          Ensure that parts are packaged according to work instructions.

4.          Ensure that all necessary data is correctly entered into the Plex manufacturing system.

5.          Alert appropriate personnel of quality deficiencies in a timely manner.

6.          Alert appropriate personnel of equipment issues in a timely manner.

7.          Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.

8.          Maintain a clean work area.

9.          Adhere to Creative Foam policies and procedures.

10.        Adhere to the organization’s safety protocols and maintains a safe working
