Job Overview:
A Production Associate is a generic title describing any entry level position in the organization. Depending on the assignment, a Production Associate may use basic skills such as sanding with sandpaper and a sanding block, installing parts using screwdrivers (manual or pneumatic) and wrenches, or performing other work as assigned that requires entry level skill. The focus of the Production Associate is on training, and work assignments are given as the Associate is able to take on new skills. At all times whatever work is assigned is executed so as to ensure our high-quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand work (wood sanding, lacquer sanding, pore filling, component assembly).
  • Ensure the surfaces are smooth, even, and free from any imperfections.
