Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Gwinn, MI

Pay Range: $21.00 per Hour
Shift: M-TH 6am-4:30pm with OT Shifts on Fri and Sat when needed

What's the Job?

  • Manufacture parts per specifications and work instructions.
  • Maintain the “Order, Organization, Cleanliness” of the factory.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Follow all documented standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Capable of reading technical drawings and using a tape measure properly.
  • Proficient in the use of computers.
  • Must possess attention to detail, follow through, and accuracy of tasks.
  • Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift and lift 50 pounds.
