What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll work alongside a team that values hard work, accountability, and taking care of one another.
Available Shifts and Hours:
1st Shift: Monday- Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Hourly Rate: 1st: $16.00/hour
3rd: $17.00/hour
Key responsibilities include:
  • Safely operating production equipment and tools
  • Producing quality lumber for pallets
  • Sorting and stacking lumber
  • Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Meeting productivity and quality expectations
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates
  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts
