Seasonal DTF AssociatePosition Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Seasonal Direct-to-Film (DTF) Production Associate to join our production team during our busy season. This role is responsible for operating and supporting the DTF printing process, printing transfers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards before shipment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality work while meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate DTF printing equipment, powder application systems .
  • Prepare and organize print jobs according to production schedules.
  • Inspect artwork files and transfers for quality and accuracy before production.
  • Load film, inks, powder adhesive, and other materials as needed.
  • Monitor print quality and troubleshoot minor production issues.
  • Trim, package, and prepare completed transfers for production or customer pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance.
  • Accurately track production output and inventory usage.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and production standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse, and production duties as needed.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Qualifications

    Required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills.
