Pay: $16.50/$17.00 per hour
Shift: 6AM-2:30PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
KCConsulting is seeking dependable Production Associates to assist with packaging products on a fast-paced production line. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its continued success.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Package, inspect, stack, and palletize products.
  • Ensure proper packaging, coding, labeling, and pallet configuration.
  • Operate basic production equipment under supervision.
  • Assist with production line setups and changeovers.
  • Monitor product quality and report food quality or safety concerns.
  • Complete required HACCP, quality, and production documentation.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
  • Report safety or security concerns to a supervisor immediately.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and climb as needed.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
