Estimator / Manager / Sales
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Salesman / Estimator / Manager to join our team. This position combines sales, estimating, and operational management responsibilities within the asphalt and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have construction experience, leadership ability, estimating knowledge, and strong communication skills. Asphalt estimating and sales experience can be taught to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Prepare project estimates, bids, and proposals
  • Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
  • Coordinate and help manage daily operations and project schedules
  • Supervise crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and expectations
  • Monitor labor, material, and equipment usage
  • Assist with business development and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed
Qualifications
Construction industry experience required
Estimating and management experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
  • Basic computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, Google Calendar/Drive, Quickbooks, etc).
Valid drivers license required
