Now Hiring: Production Associate – Chemical Manufacturing
12-Hour Shifts (36/48 hours)

Are you ready to launch your career in chemical manufacturing? Join ZEOCHEM, a premier global manufacturer of molecular sieve products, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do. We are currently hiring for Day shift working 6am-6pm.

We’re looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is key to supporting safe, efficient operations by preparing, packaging, and moving raw and finished materials. You’ll work directly with experienced operators and supervisors to ensure our processes run smoothly and our products meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Load raw materials into equipment, and operate forklifts to move material as needed
  • Assist with setup, operation, cleaning, and changeovers of production equipment
  • Package finished products and transport to staging areas or warehouses
  • Complete quality checks, labeling, and documentation accurately
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Handle chemicals and materials using proper PPE and safety protocols
  • Identify equipment wear and communicate maintenance needs
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain detailed records for production and shift handovers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or chemical environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Comfortable working around heat, noise, and chemical exposure
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk, climb stairs, and stand for long periods
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience strongly preferred
  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

This position involves physical labor in an industrial environment. You’ll need to be comfortable with:

  • Standing, lifting, bending, and climbing throughout the shift
  • Exposure to fumes, noise, vibration, and temperature extremes
  • Wearing PPE including steel-toed boots, hard hats, and safety glasses
